The OWL Foundation's mission is to provide financial sustainability for the long-term success of Opportunity for Work and Learning (OWL) and its vision. OWL is a nonprofit that helps Central Kentuckians overcome barriers such as mental/physical disabilities, economic obstacles, and prior incarceration to achieve their goals.
