..... And we're off! Please join us for the 2nd Annual Winchester Rotary Kentucky Oaks Party. Guests are welcome with a $20 donation to the Rotary. Heavy Hord' oeuvres will be served and a cash bar will be available for cocktails. There will be live betting for the Oaks & and Calcutta for the Derby. Silent and live auction items between races.
