Join us for our first 2025 Book Club Cooking Class. January’s cooking class takes us to a time in France when food was rationed but beautifully constructed with flavor, herbs and tradition. Travel through Kristin Hannah’s The Nightingale and join us in cooking a delicious menu of Garlic and Herb Pork tenderloin, Roasted Potatoes, Wine Glazes Apples and make fresh herb butter! We can discuss the book all while enjoying cooking and of course wine!
