A KORT Physical Therapist will come to your home, through our Outreach Program allowing the patient more time to recover before transitioning into a KORT Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic.

• Expert Short-Term Home based Physical Therapy

• Pre-Operative Education for Orthopedic Surgeries

• Post-operative Physical Therapy for Total Joint Replacements and other Orthopedic Surgeries
