Greetings!
You are cordially invited to join us for the Bluegrass Community and Technical College’s 1st Annual Spring Pharmaceutical, Medical, and Life Sciences Career Fair on Wednesday, March 1st from 10:00AM – 1:00PM at Building C in Conference Room 136 on Leestown Campus in Lexington, Kentucky. The Career Fair is designed to bring together employers and students who are looking for employment from liberal arts and sciences, and technical degrees in the Central region of Kentucky.
The purpose of this fair is to share information about career opportunities for students in your degree field, and to interview you for possible positions. Because of the variety of student interests, we encourage employers to maximize their recruiting efforts by offering information on many different job opportunities, not just the most obvious ones. To quote a participating employer, “We consider the BCTC’s Career Fair to be one of our premier recruiting events.
A majority of our employers are currently looking to hire students, we recommend professional dress attire and several printed copies of your updated resume for this event. For some helpful tips to prepare you for the career fair such as professional attire, resume critiquing, interview skills, etc., we will be hosting career fair and resume building workshops at several locations.
