Main Street Winchester presents its Annual Summer Concert Series: Rock the Block AND Sip & Stroll!!  Concerts are FREE and will take place on Main Street in front of the Clark County Court House – bring lawn chairs or grab a seat on the “high side” steps and enjoy!  The event features our beautiful downtown shops, vendors and regional wineries. Sip, shop and stroll!
