Main Street Winchester presents its 2nd Annual Summer Concert Series: Rock the Block starting on May 19, 2017!

Concerts are FREE and will take place on Main Street in front of the Clark County Court House – bring lawn chairs or grab a seat on the “high side” steps and enjoy!
